WP1: Project Management
This work package encompasses activities related to the effective management and coordination of the project. It ensures collaboration among all partners, monitors the timely and efficient execution of activities, and guarantees that the project objectives are achieved successfully.

WP2: Guidebook "Rise Up: Career Development Strategies for Migrant Women"
Guidebooks are created to provide information about career opportunities and support services for forced migrant women. These guidebooks are prepared in the national languages of the host countries and Ukrainian, aiming to facilitate the integration of women into the labor market.

WP3: Comprehensive Integration Learning Program (CILP) "Leap Forward: Women's Career Transformation"
This is a comprehensive training program designed to support the integration of migrant women into the labor market. It includes language courses, personalized mentorship, psychological support, and career planning. The program aims to equip women with the skills they need to succeed in the workplace.

WP4: Dissemination and Communication Activities "Career Restart: Nothing About Us Without Us"
This work package focuses on dissemination and communication efforts to ensure the project results reach a wide audience. It includes events and workshops that bring together migrant women, local authorities, and supporting organizations to foster collaboration and raise awareness.

WINGS Project Partners Meeting in Prague-04-05 JUNE 2026

 

The WINGS project programme “Leap Forward: Career Transformation for Women” is actively advancing in Ukraine.

 

On 29 April 2026, the WINGS project was presented to 40 participants of the hybrid International Round Table "Gender Agenda  in Migration" organized by Kazpotrebsoyuz University, Karaganda, Kazakhstan

 

WINGS Project Virtual Brokerage Event on 23 April 2026 was a success! More than 50 female participants  with migrant background exchanged their careers' pathways in Ukraine and the host countries of  Czech Republic, Türkiye, Poland and Germany

Comprehensive Integration Learning Program (CILP) "Leap Forward: Women's Career Transformation" Turkish partner Aked started local courses for migrant women in Türkiye.We explored workplace norms in Türkiye  and introduced tools such as personal career planning, scenario thinking, and goal setting under changing conditionsParticipants learned  practical, hands-on session teaching how to write an effective CV and cover letter tailored to the host country. Includes strategies for job searching (portals, networking, local services) and tips for standing out in competitive labor markets. Introduces AI-assisted tools (e.g., Europass CV builder)

WINGS Project Update: Training Session on Networking and Workplace Culture

 

On 21 February 2026, the first 4-hour training session of the CILP – Comprehensive Integration Learning Program took place in Warsaw.

 

On 20-22 February 2026, the short language (German) course with labor market/career topics was implemented by HSW.

 

On 15 January 2026, WINGS partners met online to coordinate the upcoming WP3 Comprehensive Integration Learning Program “Leap Forward: Women’s Career Transformation”, launching in February.

 

On 19 December 2025, WINGS online meeting was devoted to the oganizational aspecs of the CILP programme “Leap Forward: Women’s Career Transformation” to be implemented in January-May 2026.

 

Online meeting of our project hold  on 10 th November 2025. CLIP evaluation was made by partners.

 

WINGS Project Partners’ Meeting - October 6, 2025

 

On 9 September 2025, the WINGS project was presented to about 20 migrant young people.

 

Turkish partner AKED attended Summit 2025 of the EmpowHer  Summit related with Ukrainan migrant women assisting in Türkiye.
We made cooperation with Türkiye Ukrainian Association  as our stakeholder of our Wings project.
We mentioned about our project to headmaster of Ukrainian Association İrina Amabarkütükoğlu.
We will choose our 20 participants from this association members for WP3 and we will organize webinars and online courses to Ukrainian migrant women from Ukrainian Association related with finding a new job as an art,career planning in times of uncertainty, adapting to a new work culture, individual support  and language course.

On 8 July 2025, the WINGS project online meeting was held.

 

2nd day of the Project we discussed about WP3 .
Ukraine is responsible from the WP3.During the WP3 20 Ukrainaian from five partners will take trainings about career planning, entrepreneurship andmarketing and they will learn how to integrate labour market.
Preperation of the training materials were shared between partner countries.
